iKnowPublish has a function to set up user privileges enabling site administrators to separate editing and publishing control.While you are editing your content, no changes are visible for the public until it is published by you.
You can set up a process allowing others to review the content before publishing, and as long as the other participants are logged in to our solution, they are able to access, review and annotate the unpublished content from anywhere via standard web browser.
You decide when your changes are ready to be published, and you may choose at any stage in the review process to publish the content.
It is also possible to schedule publishing of new articles, changes or updates to existing articles. This enables you to prepare a major update of your site in advance and launching the content simultanously on a set time and date. Or, set a validity period for when content is available, as scheduling also can be used for automatically unpublishing of content.
